Stephen Warnock On Grassroots Football And The Good And Bad Of Agents | Football Insiders #4

With 540 games as a professional footballer under his belt, Stephen Warnock has been there, seen it and done it, and is now putting his experience to good use as a pundit for the BBC, BT Sport and Sky Sports among others.

Warnock, who won two caps for England, and clocked up 212 games in the Premier League with Liverpool, Blackburn Rovers and Aston Villa, before enjoying spells at Leeds United, Derby County and Wigan Athletic among others, swapped his shin pads for the microphone last summer.

In our latest Football Insiders podcast, Stephen talks about the importance of grassroots football and enjoying football at a young age – a viewpoint that saw him clash with Liverpool FC as a teenager.

The conversation switches to his views on agents – and his varying experiences with different representatives during his career!
